La Bella Vita

"Gia" is sired by 7x National/Reserve National Champion, Top 5 Saddleseat Sire, HA Toskcan Sun, and out of Arabian English Pl Open National Champion, 8x National/Reserve National Champion, and Youth/U.S. National Champion producer, Expressly Bella.

"Toskcan" is the sire to over 300 foals who have garnered national championships at Youth, U.S., Midsummer, and Canada. He is ranked as a Top 5 leading sire in the Arabian Saddleseat Divisions. He is a son of the great Baske Afire, and out of the Zodiac Matador daughter, Matoska. At the ripe ages of 15 and 16 he made an appearance in the show ring once again, garnering Reserve National Championships at U.S. Nationals in 2022 and 2023.

Expressly Bella is sired by Top 10 leading sire in the Arabian Saddleseat Divisions, IXL Noble Express, and out of the Canadian National Champion and U.S. National Champion producing Hucklebey Berry daughter, Colorado Sage.

"Gia" herself is a U.S. National Champion and a 2x Youth Reserve National Champion in the Arabian Country English Pleasure divisions, and the Country Pleasure Driving Divisions.

Conformationally, Gia has a shorter neck that is more forward than other horses. Her croup is a bit short, and her back is optimal length. Her bone level is optimal. She does have a gorgeous face with large eyes, a defined dish, and a small head. Her overall confirmational score is decent. Her motion is great and her hocks are great, she has more motion than most country pleasure horses competing today, but still not enough for English Pleasure.

Being bred via. ET to Rhythmic in 2024, the goal is to get a filly that can be bred to a very upright Arabian stallion, that will then serve as another show horse and broodmare heir to Gia. Rhythmic will give her a more mellow temperament, increased bone and size, as well as a large and powerful hind end.

She is available for embryos in the Summer of 2024. Contact Brooke Landon for more information. (818)-269-5453, brooke@landoneq.com.
